Senior Operations Manager — E-commerce Assets

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of eCommerce stores and operate them with a performance-first mindset.

We are looking for someone who treats each store like their own business, identifying opportunities, solving problems quickly, protecting revenue, and continuously improving operational and financial performance. You will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of multiple stores under our management while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sourcing, fulfillment, customer support, creatives, and suppliers to ensure every store operates efficiently and scales successfully. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating eCommerce businesses, strong analytical skills, and the ability to move with urgency while maintaining full ownership and accountability.
